The Village Hall is a charity, run by a Management Committee, five of whom represent the Village Hall users.  Five “outside” members are elected, and up to four other people can be co-opted. The Chairman is John Bearman,  and the Treasurer is John Instance. The Management Committee are the trustees of the charity, and the Official Custodian is the custodian trustee.

The Village Hall is owned by the Parish Council who has granted a long-term lease to Thakeham Village Hall to manage the Hall for use by the local community.
