DynaYin is a unique class that combines mindful breathing, gentle movement and supported yin poses.
Instead of moving straight into longer holds, each pose is carefully prepared through dynamic stretches and mobility exercises, helping your body gradually open and release. This makes the stretches feel more accessible while improving flexibility, mobility and overall wellbeing.
