We are currently looking to recruit a part-time Hall Manager to support our existing Manager.
Working Hours will be 4 hours per week, over 2 mornings, plus occasional ad hoc hours.
Pay Rate £12 - £13 per hour depending on experience.
The role is offered on a job share basis. You must have the flexibility to support one another with holiday cover in addition to your regular agreed working pattern.
A flexible and personable approach and ability to work on own initiative is essential, along with IT literacy and good attention to detail.
The main roles of the Hall Manager:
Scheduling new bookings and administering existing bookings for our occasional hirers.
Organising events at the Hall.
Managing Hall entry / access system.
Being the first point of contact for occasional hirers queries, ensuring excellent communication with new and existing hirers and users of the Hall.
Compliance with Health and Safety legislation including fire alarm testing.
Showing prospective hirers around the building outlining our facilities, rules and regulations.
Liaising with the TVH Chairman and Committee.
Any other duties related to the management of TVH as required.
